Our Mission
Our mission at 2 Be The Change, is to boost the teens of today forward in their knowledge of future careers they might take an interest in. We do this by providing videos of students asking professionals general and detailed questions about their occupation. Each professional gives their background information on their career and some advise to teens who would be interested in their line of work. We want to
building a community of lifelong learners and leaders!
How and Why We Started
Our Founder, Taryn Williams, was inspired to do this project when she took a Career Preparation class and noticed that a majority of her classmates didn't know what they wanted to do. Not because they weren't interested in the different occupations but they didn't know what the different jobs did. So, Taryn created this website to share the information that was shared on her virtual career fair presentation to help teens get more exposure to possible careers they could go into.
